Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima EXO system and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2022 Toyota Tundra. Now this is going to be a modular hitch system and what I mean by that is, it's got a sliding door hitch, just like any normal accessory would, but all the other accessories like this box and the ski carrier on top are gonna be completely modular. So we're looking at this current configuration today, seeing how it fits on the Tundra, and what you can do with it. But just know that all these accessories can be swapped out. If we decide in the summertime that we wanna take the ski carrier off and put a bike rack on top, we can do that. more

The ROLA Cargo Carrier is going to be one of our beefier cargo carriers that we carry and reason that is, is it's going to have a 600 pound weight capacity. That weight capacity is going to help you, especially with your truck, to be able to get those larger items, and make room more on the inside of your bed to carry more luggage or with our tonneau cover, everything on the inside is going to stay dry, on the inside of our bed. MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2017 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today, on our 2017 Toyota Tundra, we're doing a test fit of the MaxxTow 30 by 50 wheelchair carrier with 60-inch-long ramp. It it designed to work with two-inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. The part number for that is MT70260. Now, we already have our carrier in the first position. This would be your loading position. Any time that you want to put a wheelchair, scooter, even a lawnmower onto the back of your truck, it's easier to do it this way rather than loading it onto your truck bed so that's going to be a great detail about these carriers. more

Rola Dart Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2015 Toyota Tundra Quad Cab we will be test fitting the Rola Dart Folding Cargo Carrier, part number 59550. This offers four hundred and fifty pounds of capacity and has dimensions of twenty-three by fifty-six. We'll go ahead and start by inserting our shank into our receiver, and we're going to look for our pinholes to line up. Once we have those lined up we can go ahead and take our anti-rattle bolt, and this is provided with the cargo carrier. Once we have that hand tightened we'll take our socket wrench, and once we tighten this down it's going to prevent any excess wobble or any play at the bottom of the carrier. Insert our clip, and now we can take some measurements. It's going to give us about sixteen and a half inches of ground clearance, and to our nearest point from our bumper to our shank here is going to be about five and a half inches. more

We'll go ahead and start by inserting our shank into our receiver hitch and we are looking for our pin holes to line up. Once we have those lined up, we can insert our pin and clip and I would like to say that this cargo carrier does not come with a pin and clip but you can find that on our website as part number PC3. All right once we have that done, we can go ahead and check for our ground clearance and as you can see there about 17 inches from the bottom of our carrier and to our nearest point from our bumper to our carrier is about 8 inches and overall we have added about 16 inches from our bumper to the end of our carrier. Now to lower this done, we are going to need to pull our pin and clip as you can see there and lower it down to sitting position. more

Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of the vehicle here at the rear bumper is about 5 inches. We've added a total of 10 inches to the overall length of the vehicle. more

Now with our Curt cargo carrier secured to our Toyota Tundra we'll go over a few clearance measurements to see how they fit together. At the rear of the carrier, we have about 24 inches of ground clearance. Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of the vehicle here at the rear bumper is about 5 1/2 inches. We've added a total of 25 inches to the overall length of the vehicle. more

We have about 21-1/2 inches of ground clearance here at the rear of the carrier. The closest point of the carrier to the rear of the vehicle is about two inches. With the carrier in the folded position, weve added 12 inches to the overall length of our vehicle.Now, well go ahead and pull the pin at the base of the carrier to allow it to go into loading position. Once we have it into position, we can then reinstall the pin and clip. Well remove the safety strap and raise up our walls.Once we have our walls lined up, we can then use the pins to hold them in place. more
